Pleasant afternoons
This story was a pleasure to read in the afternoons after a busy morning. The beginning gets you hooked right from the start. Enjoyed this story from beginning to end.

Wow
I don't normally write reviews, but this one is worth it. Beautifully written. A story about a man who finds himself, a woman who learns to allow herself to be happy and a whole slew of people who benefit from their decisions. Bring your Kleenex and enjoy!

Where to start
I did not come anywhere near finishing the book. Rowe is hit and miss with me. I was initially excited about the story until the day after the rescue. I didn't understand the hostility from the town. I really didn't like Clare allowing them to bad mouth the hero after he saved everyone's lives the night before. Everyone including Clare seemed so ungrateful. Also did not buy the 15 year drought. I didn't understand why she waited so long after her husbands death. In one conversation in her head, it sounded as though he left her. Anyway. Too much whining for me. I couldn't read anymore. I know I have questions, but was no longer interested in finding the answers. It would not be unfair to recommend or not recommend because I did not complete book. Most of the characters seemed too immature. This probably would have read better if they were all teens. It had some good parts, but not enough to hold my interest. It was really overwritten for me, but if this is not for you, try something else by this author.

Unexpectedly mine
This is the best book I have ever read. Believe me I have read many many books the author is an excellent writer. There are parts in this book that were so tender and touching and realistic that they brought tears to my eyes. I can see myself buying the entire series. Great read!

Nice story
I appreciate any story where teenagers are realistically portrayed. This is one of them. Love the small town girl, big city guy romance. One small detail that bugged me was why didn't Clare have legal malpractice insurance? That part of the story line was unnecessary. Otherwise this was a nice story.

Oh my goodness!
This book was a 624 page waste of my life. I had high hopes after reading the reivews. I am a sucker for romance novels. I was struck by a big error in the beginning of the book where Astrid that was introduced as knowing Clare only for 3 years mentioned a past memory with Clare from 15 years prior. Sloppy. There are little details that are left hanging with no conclusions and the ending is completely unrealistic. It went from a story about semi-believable real life characters to a “chosen one” fairy tale ending. I am so happy this book was free.
So freaking awesome!
Amazing book! Can't wait for more!
This was one of the best books I've ever read! Beautiful romance plus struggles that people actually deal with. Outstanding novel! Truly deserves 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Touching Story
This is a touching story about how to heal a disconnected family. The teenagers had a voice and were heard. Lots of pain and tears but happy times in between. Loved the ending!

Fabulous!!!
Another amazing story by Stephanie Rowe!! No Knight Needed is a very touching heart felt story about two people who believe their lives are where they are suppose to be, that is until they meet each other. There were many heart-wrenching moments that I literally wanted to reach in and give the character a hug and tell them it would be okay. Then there were just as many moments that had me smiling or laughing out loud. Simply put, Stephanie has done an amazing job with making this story so realistic that you feel you are witnessing every single one of the characters' moments in real life. An absolute must read!!!

Worthy. Interesting. Heartfelt.
